SHIPPING
We ship your items the day after receiving your payment during business days. We ship all items as registered post. Please contact us if you want your items to be shipped by TNT or UPS for faster delivery (surcharge will be applied).
*We count our Business Day as Monday to Friday.
**Note: Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax, if any. Please verify with your customs before making purchases.

+ 2 kg: € 22,00
***Shipping rates for some European countries and countries outside Europe like the US, are 21 EURO for shipping as express parcel by resgistered post. They are calculated automatically and added to your invoice during check out.
We will always add extra free items worth 5 up to 10 EURO (depending on the amount of your order) to your shipment IF your order is a minimum total of 100 EURO, because we know that the shipping cost is expensive.
PAYMENTS
You can pay by International Banktransfer pay through Paypal. We have a secure and easy-to-use Paypal payment solution that lets you pay online using a credit card, bank account, or your PayPal balance: simply choose Paypal payment at check out and we will send you a paypal request through e-mail.

Note: All returns must arrive to our warehouse in original condition with unopened original packaging. RuyanXpress does not pay for return shipping or grant refunds for items that arrive to our warehouse in damaged condition.
Please note the original and return shipping and handling charge will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.
Exceptions:
For hygienic reasons we DO NOT offer exchange or refund on cartridges.
Return Method:
Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that you would like to provide.
